Portsmouth
Fifteen minutes to anywhere on the island, and the busiest part of the patch by a distance.
MoreEverything is measured from Kestrel Court. Most of the island is fifteen minutes, Fareham and Havant about twenty-five, and Hayling under half an hour. None of it changes what you pay.

We do not drive to one address and back. Each morning is a run — the island one day, the Fareham and Gosport side the next, Havant and Hayling after that.
That is why the first thing we ask for is a postcode. If you are on a run that is already going out on Wednesday, your wheels go with it and you get the earlier slot. If you are not, we will tell you which day is next rather than guessing.
It is also why distance does not change the price. A Hayling collection costs us a few more minutes on a run we were making anyway, and building that into a travel charge would be dishonest arithmetic.
Kerb repair works differently: the van comes to you and stays until the wheel is done, so those are booked as slots rather than added to a run.
What changes by area is mostly parking and access, not price or quality. Each page says what we have learned about working there.

More
Terraced streets and permit bays. Seafront cars corrode fastest of anywhere we cover.
More
Twenty-five minutes up the A27, grouped with Hayling on the same run most weeks.
More
Driveways almost throughout and easy access, which makes it some of the simplest work we do.
More
Round the harbour rather than across it, so we run it with Fareham on the same morning.
More
Modern estates and off-street parking. Far enough inland that salt corrosion is noticeably milder.
More
On the way to Fareham, so usually first or last on that run and easy to slot in.
More
The far end of the patch and the harshest for salt. Worth a sealant more here than anywhere.
MoreTwo collections in one town beat two crossings of the city. If we are already coming your way this week, you get the earlier date.
Kerb repair is a slot at your address. Anything needing the oven or the lathe is a collection, and those run mornings.
Hayling is half an hour and often easier than a Southsea permit street. Being furthest out does not put you last.
There is no travel charge anywhere on this page. Outside the patch we may add something, and you will hear that figure first.
Not to anywhere on this page. The quoted price includes collecting your wheels and bringing them back, whether you are ten minutes away or out on Hayling.
Outside the patch we may add something, and we will say so before you book rather than on the invoice.
Usually not. Chichester, Petersfield, Southampton and the villages between come up regularly. The eight towns are where we go every week, not a fence.
Send a postcode and you will get a straight answer the same day.
Most of our weekday collections are exactly that. Leave the locking wheel nut key and tell us roughly where the car is parked; loan wheels go on before you come out.
On sites with barrier access, send the site name and we will get signed in beforehand.
Usually within the week, and sometimes the next day if your postcode is on a run that is already going out. Ringing and asking which day beats guessing.
Roughly half an hour in every direction from Kestrel Court, stretched along the A27 because that is where the roads take us.
